To help us manage practices, we require all parents to park in the top parking lot and we request that you have your player at the Marietta High School Practice field by 6:20pm to begin practice promptly at 6:30pm each night. Also, parents must stay at MHS during the practice and bring enough water for your player.
Prior to practice Monday, the MYFL tackle coaches will be issuing equipment to registered players only on Sunday July 26th from 1pm to 7pm at MHS practice field house (near baseball fields). If you wish to get your equipment, each player must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and have $200 in cash or a $200 check made out to The Marietta Touchdown Club (check must be written on a Georgia Bank) or complete a credit card deposit form in order to receive the players equipment.
This is a great chance to meet our coaches and to ask questions prior to practices beginning Monday night.
We will be wearing our Blue Devil helmets, shorts and t-shirts issued for each practice next week and if a player practices Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, they will be eligible to wear their full practice gear starting Thursday. Note: All players must have 3 practices completed prior to practicing in full tackle equipment for health and safety purposes.
